Claudia Sternberg has more than 15 years of experience in M&A advisory. During this time, she has successfully advised on more than 30 transactions in the small-cap and mid-cap segment, including numerous cross-border transactions.
Prior to joining STILLER ADVISORS, Ms. Sternberg was part of the in-house strategy consulting division of Voith Group, one of Europe's leading technology companies. In this capacity, she advised the Executive Board and managing directors of the group on strategic matters.
Academic Background
Claudia Sternberg studied Business Administration at the University of Hamburg and successfully completed her degree with a Diplom-Kauffrau qualification.
In addition, she is a graduate of the Executive Program in Corporate Strategy at the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business, Chicago, USA.
